Murph workout

A murph workout is actually a crossfit workout that I’ve done about three times. It’s not for the faint of heart.

The Program-
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

I found breaking the push ups, pullups and squats into 20 sets helps. So each set looks like this-
5 pulls ups
10 pushups
15 squats  

Do that 20 times and finish with a one mile run.
