I started this site to share my findings on nutrition and overall fitness. I figured if I was gonna do all this research I could at least share it and hopefully my friends and family can benefit from it a bit. My sites gonna contain great tasting ‘Good for You’ nutritional food, fitness ideas and info on nutrition. I’m not a nutritionist or a chef but I’ve been doing some self evaluating and realized about a year ago I can really do better! So for the last year I’ve been reading everything I can on clean eating, overall nutrition, working out and I find it fascinating. Within the last year I’ve lost close to 25 lbs of fat and put on about 10 lbs of muscle. I didn’t do any crazy diet, I just starting paying close attention to what I eat, when I eat, how often I eat and working out. My goal is to share my findings with you, my family and hopefully encourage some people to live a more healthy active lifestyle.
